Jouss is an entrepreneur on a mission to empower women to achieve personal growth, professional success, and financial freedom through education, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation.
She believes that when women are given the right tools, resources, and community, they don’t just build businesses, they build freedom. That’s why every talk, workshop, and brand she creates has one goal: to help more women turn their dreams into reality.
A lifelong learner, Jouss studied a PhD in Marketing and holds two master’s degrees—one in Communication and Fashion, and the other in Applied Communication and Media Planning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Universidad Anahuac Mexico and is currently pursuing a second degree in Houston, United States, where she currently resides.
Her professional career can be summed up as that of a marketing and digital strategist, public relations expert, and business growth strategist with strong strategic skills in brand development and business innovation.
She was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the Instituto Mexicano de Líderes de Excelencia (IMELE), and has been recognized twice as Woman of the Year by CANADEM (Cámara Nacional de la Mujer). She also received the Premio Patria, presented in the Mexican Senate, for her work in creating opportunities for women. In the United States, she was named Woman of the Year 2025 by Houston Council Member Mario Castillo and the Ecuadorian American Chamber of Commerce of Texas.
As part of her specialization in the digital world, she has conducted recent research on influencer marketing, digital platforms and ecommerce to stay up to date with innovation in the digital ecosystem.
She has shared her knowledge as a speaker, host, and panelist for leading organizations and brands such as Epson, Women Economic Forum Argentina, the Argentine company Gojiraf, UN Women, Universidad Anahuac, the Mexican Online Sales Association (AMVO), FEPYME, and more.
